AR-News: What do vegetarians eat?

Found this curious piece in Yahoo news.  It warns vegetarians that they may
not get enough iron unless they eat things like beans, grains, leafy
vegetables, nuts, tofu and dry fruit.

(HealthDayNews) -- Vegetarian diets are often touted as healthier
alternatives to meat and fish diets. However, vegetarians can risk low iron
levels unless they make a conscious effort to seek out good sources of iron.

The University of Toronto Health Service suggests these iron-rich foods:
chick peas
grains and cereals
green leafy vegetables
dried fruit

Also note that some products like the tannins in teas -- not in herbal
teas -- can decrease the body's iron absorption.
