AR-News: (US) Group Offers Reward In Balloon-Tied Hen Case

SAN FRANCISCO -- A Marin County animal welfare group is offering a reward
for information leading to the arrest of those involved in a cruel prank
that sent a hen tied to helium balloons over San Francisco. 

In Defense of Animals has posted a $1,500 reward for any information that
could lead investigators to whoever sent Amelia, the Rhode Island Red hen,
aloft while tied to more than 100 helium balloons on June 21.
