for No.

In the International Whaling Commission this year,  the "preservation
committee" for suitable preservation of whales resources have been founded.  
It means that it moved to the preservation from continuous use of a whale in
this resolution. We do not need IWC.  We should get out of it.

Even to protect the whaling culture, do Japan who has enough food to eat need
whaling?
Japan should join preservation committee for whaling preservation by using
the whaling knowledges.
