Home needed for seized cats
The Spokane County Animal Shelter is still trying to find homes for 17 of 30
cats seized three weeks ago during the investigation of a cruelty complaint.
Though the cats were in poor physical coundition when found, all have been
groomed and sterilized.
"They are special-needs kitties, but if you are able to make room for one or
more of them in your home, we can let you know what they will need and help
you make the transition from the shelter to your home a smooth one," wrote
Nancy Hill, the director of animal control, in a statement.
Interested parties should come to the shelter at 2521 N. Flora Road, one
mile east of Sullivan Road and one mile south of Trent Avenue.
