Do you have a "factory farm"?

I tend to cringe a little when I hear that term, just as I do when
someone uses a derogatory slang phrase to describe a religious group
or racial group. Maybe that's because I know people are being
unjustly branded with an emotion-loaded, propaganda device.

The term "factory farm" now has its own web site, thanks to the
Global Resource Action Center, founded in 1996 by animal rights
activist Helaine Lerner. That group gives the following definition of
