(US) Avenues Shaken by Pet Mutilations

Chronic uneasiness is plaguing many pet owners in Salt Lake City's Avenues
neighborhood, where at least 10 cats and one dog have been found mutilated
since May 2002. The most recent victim, a black cat, was found partly
buried in Lindsey Gardens two weeks ago.
