Help Needed to contact 'owners' of Condemned NY Dog

Pets Alive is trying to save the life of a dog that bit a woman in
Westchester County. The bite, while it caused a lot of bleeding, was
not a 'vicious' attack. Personally I believe that if she hadn't waited
three hours in the hospital for treatment she wouldn't have bled to
death.

In any case, this dog spent one year of its life in a shelter with NEVER

a hint of aggression towards animals or humans. It was, the shelter
staff felt, carefully placed. Problem: the adoptors lied on the
application and refused to follow up with the shelter.

In any case the Judge (Daniel McCarthy in the Town of Cortlandt) based
on the 'owners' consent order the dog to be killed by June 6. We have
an attorney who is willing to file an appeal to that order and we are
willing to take Mr. B BUT Pets Alive has no standing in the case so we
must have the owners' permission to appeal on their behalf.

Problem: they are not answering their phone (I believe they are fearful

of lawsuits and prosecution).

I convinced the Journal News to run a story asking them to contact me
(What a job that was!!) and they did, however they did not put in our
contact information). I need a way to 'get to' the owners. Can someone

out there put in some time tomorrow trying to find them (they live on
Wharton Dr. in Cortlandt - near Peekskill) or can someone try to find
the name of their attorney??? I understand that Mr. Delaney owns his
own business nearby but cannot find out the name of it - perhaps one of
their neighbors would be helpful. I need to be able to contact them and

cannot camp outside their home but if anyone can do this for me please
contact me directly for their address. The contact has to be polite and

assure them that we are not trying to 'smear them' (we are not) but to
help their companion dog survive a 'bad rap' (he has been adjudged
'vicious'). He cannot be killed simply as a convenience to all parties
involved.

BTW - I spoke to the people at the Shelter that is holding him.
(Briarcliff SPCA) and they have assured me that he is a friendly and
loving dog.

Here's the story:
