(US) McDonald's can't get a break

One day after a Chicago judge decided how to split up $10 million it set
aside to appease vegetarians after a furor over beef flavoring in its
french fries, McDonald's Corp. stock was hit by news of mad-cow disease in
Canada.

McDonald's was the biggest loser Tuesday of the 30 issues that make up the
Dow Jones industrial average, falling 6.66 percent.
