PORTAGE -- The way was cleared Monday for a Beverly Shores couple to pose
a constitutional challenge to the state's hunter harassment law.
Frederick and Rosanne Shuger plan to argue the law is constitutionally
vague and violates the right to free speech, according to their
Merrillville attorney, Garry Weiss.
The couple is accused of harassing hunters on several occasions during
town-sanctioned deer culls over the past two years.
